Shipping costs vary depending on the delivery destination. By adding your selection to your cart and following the steps, your shipping cost will be automatically calculated before you proceed with payment.
Within South Africa delivery will typically cost between R80 and R100 (we offer free shipping across South Africa for orders over R750 in value).
International shipping varies by region - you can click on the DHL logo below to download the current pricelist from South Africa.

How long does shipping take?
All local South African orders are sent via The Courier Guy. Please allow 1-4 business days for orders to be processed after payment - some items are specifically made to order.
Domestic Delivery (within the South Africa)
- Standard Courier: 1-3 business days, depending on your proximity to Johannesburg and other major centres.
International Shipping (varies by country)
- DHL Express - this is our standard courier service for international deliveries. 3-4 days delivery worldwide. Please note that international deliveries may be liable for import duty in your region.
- International Airmail - 14 days + for delivery. Much slower than DHL Express, but more economical.

We ship to most countries around the world. If you are looking to place an order and find that your country does not appear on the menu, please drop us an email at james@creativenature.co.za and we will make a plan to have your country added.
I live outside South Africa, will I be charged additional customs fees or import taxes?
You will likely pay some additional charges. This will vary depending on the destination country as well as the type of products that you have ordered. It is usually between 0-20% order value (sorry, it really does vary and that makes it difficult to give a definitive answer).
